Briana taught the gang we lived next door to in Oakland in the late eighties to properly fire a handgun, in the hopes that the gunfights that were a weekly occurrence there would be shorter with fewer unintended targets... Don't remember whether or not it worked as planned, but fewer bullets did find their way into our front wall afterward.
