Elon Musk spoke directly with Russian President Vladimir Putin before tweeting a proposal to end the war in Ukraine that would have seen territory permanently ceded to Russia, it has been claimed.
In a mailout sent to Eurasia Group subscribers, Ian Bremmer wrote that Tesla CEO Musk told him that Putin was “prepared to negotiate,” but only if Crimea remained Russian, if Ukraine accepted a form of permanent neutrality, and Ukraine recognised Russia’s annexation of Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia.
What is it with these ultra-rich lunatics who think that, just because they made a shitload of money doing something, that they have the knowledge and expertise to tromp around in foreign relations? And the deal that Musk is promulgating is one that gives Putin more territory than his inept army has been able to take on the battlefield.
At the same time, Musk has said that Taiwan needs to surrender to China. Clearly, Musk believes that freedom and self-determination get in the way of his becoming even richer. He's willing to throw close to seventy million people under the yoke of dictators so he can make a buck selling cars. Musk is somewhere between being a money-grubbing quisling and an evil, soulless piece of meat.
Even worse, he seems to be fucking with Starlink to screw up the Ukrainians' counteroffensive against Putler's legions:
This looks way worse now: “Ukrainian forces reported connectivity issues as they continue their counteroffensive into areas previously held by Russian forces…Musk responded by saying that what happens on the battlefield is ‘classified.’” https://t.co/snzEFXYYI7

He is proof that being rich brings out the despicable nature of some people. Elon Musk is the poster child for why it is absolutely necessary to tax the fuck out of the rich.

I wonder if Musk knows about this:
The whole world hums with microelectronic components—including about 92 percent of all advanced microchips—that are made largely in a handful of factories on an island less than one-tenth the size of California. Little more than 100 miles away across a strait lies mainland China, which views Taiwan as a breakaway region and has vowed to bring it back under its control.
Were China to seize Taiwan, one of two things could happen to the chip supply: The microchip factories could end up being controlled by China, or they could be destroyed in a conflict. Either way, a global catastrophe would ensue.
Nah, he's just another Silicon Valley Master of Disaster who struck it big and thinks he has the knowledge and power of God...the idiot.

Stick a bone in its nose and send it back to Africa ...
Why is the Ukraine military depending on Slink? Looks like a nonstarter.
