Adding the need for survaillance of line-of-sight sniping positions in addition to frisking and package inspection on site. Reminiscent of Texas Tower Whitman, James Earl Ray, Lee Harvey's double; usually had military shooting training, often a marine-every man a rifleman.
Why asswipes crack is always the question. ISIS claims him but he seems more like own late asswipe T. McVeigh. Seems no cure for nilism.
