At the shelter, the frame of an old footstool was donated. Take that, put a cushion on top, put a cushion underneath and voila: Instant two-level cat furniture:


Which took all of three seconds for two of the shelter cats to get comfy in and on it.

Zizi the Cat is getting old, so I was worried when he just lay around the house for a few days and didn't want to go outside. Then yesterday I found raccoon tracks next to the shed.

Sometimes, old folks move slowly because they're creaky. Other times, because they're smart.
