A woman who said she worked for Rudy Giuliani during the last two years of the Trump administration alleged in a wide-ranging lawsuit that Giuliani, the former president’s personal attorney, discussed selling presidential pardons and detailed plans to overturn the 2020 election results.
In a 70-page complaint filed in state court in New York on Monday, Noelle Dunphy said that after Giuliani hired her in January 2019 he sexually assaulted and harassed her, refused to pay her wages and often made "sexist, racist, and antisemitic remarks," adding that she had recordings of numerous interactions with him.
If there is any proof, one would hope than charges will be forthcoming.

I truly believe that we are on the cusp of losing it all.
Everything thing we believe in , and all the protections through institutions devised to keep our country secure.
How is it that one individual can lie , cheat , connive his twisted truths into the minds of it seems 30% of our voting population ? Really just a minority. How is this possible , in a so called democratic republic ruled by majority vote ?
I too can only hope that sanity , truth and justice will prevail.
If not , then what ?
Unlike that orange fat fuck of an excuse of humanity.
I served honorably , with no regrets.
It seems the ballot box may not be the answer, given the poor examples given to choose from.
Will it end being decided by the bullet box ?
May sanity prevail and the jury find him and his many minions guilty of high treason. Giving them a proper sentence fit for the traitors they are.
I do not disagree.
Like you said, they need proof. Otherwise it boils down to "He said, she said". Then it all hangs on if the defense is better than the prosecution. And most mob types don't write down much. They have all seen the "Untouchables" where Al Capone gets nailed by a ledger book for a lot less than he ever done. Hopefully there is a book.
