Speaking of red (so not too far off topic), though not a movie goer or media consumer I have found myself enamored of late with YouTube clips from the movie RED. Yeah, it's a little far-fetched, but still ... it's oddly satisfying.

It fascinates me that so much effort went into making aerodynamic bricks kike steam locomotives look sleek. I suppose during their heyday they had to look fast as modernity and speed were conflated ( much as noise and power are in some motorcycling communities)
