I got a free sample of Rachel Ray's Nutrish chicken wet cat food. It looked pretty good.
Chip hates it. He ate a quarter of it and then tried to bury the food dish.
Back to good old Fancy Feast.

Sammy was not a fan of the sample either.
He would not even touch it.

Friskies here, but in a pinch, the Pedigree chopped dog food will do. It's meat and stuff right? The herd won't settle for it long term but it goes right down their gullets at first, until I can get to the store.
I know that Science Diet stuff is inedible to them. Prescribed or not, they won't eat it.

Chip sounds like my kind of food critic!
I've not known a cat who will touch Science Diet's wet food. They do like the "oral care" as a supplement, though.
My cat Frazier saw the bag of Fancy Feast dry cat food that had just been delivered. He nuzzled and sniffed the bag, then turned to me with a commanding look. I opened the bag, gave him a bowl, and he tucked right in.
They know the good stuff!!!
