Talkies Report

A Simple Favor did not suck. Since it's a suspense movie, I'm sort of restrained in talking about it.

White Boy Rick did suck, but a friend whom I saw it with liked it. Other than "only a certified fool would take the word of an FBI agent", I'll b damned if I could gather a point from the movie. It moved at a glacial pace and was about as interesting.

Glaciers are cool. Their pace includes massive calving events, which confuse you in their scale. Huge icebergs look small at the distance you have to maintain to be safe, when the wave from their drop hits you realize your eyes and brain tricked you.

I'm sure you mean the movie was much worse than that.
