Namely, the one who gunned down a dog in a dog park in Severn, MD. The county cops apparently tried to sweep it all under the rug, but thanks in part to the Internet, the story isn't going away. There was a memorial service, where the cops were apparently concerned about a riot or something.
There was also the standard line from the cop's attorney that "the shooting was justified", as if that's never been said before.

The sonofabitch needs to be knee capped himself.
At some point, we're going to need some sort of armed group tasked with the protection of citizens from the growing threat of these badged gangs.
Perhaps we can also figure out how to cut off the funding of these threats to public safety.
Maybe the gangs get to keep their budgets, but each round fired other than at paper targets cost the gang five thousand dollars. Each use of a taser costs five thousand dollars. Let's see how scared they are of pets and bicyclists and black motorists they are then.
The cop thought the dog had a gun and was in fear for his life, of course. Duh!

Wow. The think about the memorial reads almost like a threat with its statement about more police presence than usual. Like between the lines it says "So, hey, yeah, get mouthy and we will shoot your dog, too."
Or is that just me in paranoia mode?
