A South Carolina cop repeatedly hit a man in handcuffs with his baton. Once the guy in cuffs was on the ground, the cop continued to beat him and broke his leg. Two other cops just sat there, chewing their cuds and with their thumbs up their asses while the beating went on.
Kershaw County had better warm up its checkbook. This one is going to cost them.

What would be the downside to replacing all cops in the country immediately, with the healthiest of the unemployed?
ReplyDeleteSure, the new cops would suck for a while, until they figured out the job. But overall, I think we'd see one hell of an improvement.
You know, what we will hear more of about this is why it should be illegal to videotape cops at (cough, cough!) "work."
