Here's the thing about cops: Probably many, disagree with the methods that ICE is using. They may disagree with the aggressie tctics ICE is using against demonstrators. But they do nothing. They don't interpose themselves between ICE and the protesters. They don't join the protesters. In the struggle against fascism, silence = complicity. If the Nazis are there and the cops are silent, they're also Nazis. A Gestapo agent was a Nazi, whether or not he came from the ranks of professional police or from the party. And so here. There is no middle ground for the cops. They can stand with ICE, whether actively or by their inaction, or they can stand for the Constitution and liberty. The third option is to quit the force.
