A lot of things got shot up by deer hunters in gun season in Wisconsin in spite of all of the PSA's about gun safety when I was growing up. Cows, moving cars and houses got shot up. Then there were the heart attacks and the hunters dying by their own gun. Whenever I saw some guys in camo in a bar, I would always ask them how it went. Too many times the answer was - didn't see anything, but got some sound shots off. Something a good assassin could use as cover.

On a per capita basis the shotgunners are way behind the deer hunters.
