Not sure about the second tweet, perhaps a call to his jack boots, or the Russians, maybe to implement ethnic cleansing. (It ain't a stretch to say it's to fuck with libs, again)
I'm pretty sure the first one is about his improving poll numbers among black voters, especially black males. They like a guy that hits back.
