I'd like to think that these proposed restrictions are as unconstitutional as fuck, but with a Supreme Court that includes a justice who promised to have his revenge on those who opposed him, all bets are off.

Y'know, if you look at Kavanaugh's record, I think that last sentence is doing him a disservice. And you are better than those words make you appear.
I hope not. Justice Scalia was my least favorite Justice of all time, but often a strong advocate for free speech. Hell, he even went with the majority in the flag burning cases.
I have a hope that a lot of them take their responsibility seriously enough that they won't be as bad as I fear.
