Yesterdays mainpage took 20-30 sec to load. Todays loads in less than 2

I think it has something to do with caching. First visit from a clean, zero-history browser is instantaneous. Return visits are slower.

Videos start off blocked with me, and the site is normally slow. I suspect all the links on the right updating.
