This is kind of what can happen when you are yammering in an echo chamber. You can bet that the audience at the wingnut conference she was addressing thought that all the things that MTG mentioned were bad things. But to those who are not living in the Tuckyo Rose Memorial Rest Home, fixing Medicare, improving infrastructure, funding education, addressing urban problems and rural poverty all sound like damn fine ideas.
