Trump is a draft-dodger whose only bits of known violence have been inflicted on women likes to cosplay that he was awarded the MOH. If any other politician had done that, it would be a national scandal.

Which ribbon is for Hero of the Soviet Union? Isn't that normally worn as the full sized medal along with all the others? Might as well for the full tinpot dictator effect.
Plus he awarded himself, while play acting and wearing ala Patton and his style of revolvers, an extra star.

While truly demented, this one can't be verified, unlike the Patton-Trump-MacArthur one from a few days back. The problem is that it's no longer possible to tell the difference between the actual insanity, and the satirizing of the insanity. Assuming this originated as satire.
