None of this is surprising. Most companies these days are gutless amoral monsters owned by billionaire oligarchs who will do whatever it takes to make a buck. There is likely not a single executive left at Apple or Google who would not do anything but applaud if the ICEstapo shoved their neighbors into unmarked vans.
The message to the rest of the world is clear, if they choose to hear it: Do not trust American tech companies.
