Your Sunday Morning Prop Noise

A DH.104 Dove:



Back in the day, I knew a guy who had a line on a derelict Dove and he wanted to restore it. A bunch of us encouraged him to find something smaller/simpler to restore.

Interesting bird. I saw one at Duxford, and it has a weird upside down inline 6 for an engine, hence the smoke on start up. Lots of oil pools in the cylinders if it's not propped over correctly, it blows jugs.
