So now it;s impossible to call and talk to a customer service agent? You sent a link to a mobile phone and then customers have to engage in a text chat, instead of talking to someone, to try and fix a problem.
The problem is that you guys keep changing the billing amount, every freaking month. We call and try to get it fixed, every single month.
I get it. You guys hate your customers. You figure that you can wear us down. But since you guys feel free to keep unilaterally changing the terms of the contract, by changing the amount billed, then we can break the contract, but leaving.
My town is being wired for fiber-optic by somebody else. We're going to be gone from you, after decades, as soon as it goes live.

Quit Comcast after over thirty years because at one time you could call them locally and when I returned a piece of equipment it was local. Then ten or so years ago they sent new equipment for me to install myself and then the trouble started. One thing broke after another and I was told by some one in India(?) to take it to the service center myself, now 35 miles away in my highly populated area. So I did and when I quit them was told they would have come out and fixed the problem. Sheesh!! Got dish for TV and ATT for internet, not cheap or perfect either but more reliable except that occasional storm cloud loss of Dish signal.
Comcast got a contract with the city of Oakland to provide internet there but would not cover the area I lived in from 2007 to 2011. We had shitty AT&T internet that topped out at about 1.2 mbps.
We were repeatedly advised that upgrades were being made to the network in that part of Oakland that would improve performance, but it never happened while I was there.
