At the Conservative Political Action Conference, Dick Cheney gave Donald Rumsfeld a "Defender of the Constitution" award. Fully aware that those two men were the least likely members of the Bush II cabal to have ever read the Constitution, much less abide by it, the crowd was not amused and heckled them.
