I practiced double-taps using a reduced-size target at 25'. The "Dick Cheney" bullet hole (the one in the face) was because I had a round left over. (The hole at the very top is from the display hanger at the range.)

Not so much. 9mm can be kind of marginal. But .45 ammo is really had to come by during the Obama gun Buying Panic.
