Yes, there really is an egg cartel that conspired to drive up the cost of eggs.

We need a president with the integrity and courage of Theodore Roosevelt to bust up these monopolies and sent those who were/are fixing prices to prison.

We also need to pack the fucking Supreme Court and pass legislation to kill off the Citizens United decision, which was one of the worst decisions from the court of the most horrible chief justice in history.

First step: Get out and vote. Throw every Republican out of office, from senator to town official.

Do you remember that there once was a day when the GOP was opposed to Russia? Reagan called them part of "the Axis of Evil" and made this joke, in a sound check that "inadvertently" was broadcasted:

If you use the Mapquest app on your phone, they now have a layer that will show you the location of surveillance cameras.

There are a lot more in my area than I thought that there were. I don't know if the other apps do.

Here's a question to ask: How would people feel about these cameras if they put them outside of places that have some political or freedom significance? Bookstores? Family planning clinics? gunshops? liquor stores? Sexual-aids stores? For you know that somebody would abuse the data generated. Like some cop in Texas tracking who went into a Planned Parenthood clinic in Boston to see if he can catch anyone from Texas doing that.
