A blog by a "sucker" and a "loser" who served her country in the Navy.
If you're one of the Covidiots who believe that COVID-19 is "just the flu",
that the 2020 election was stolen, or
especially if you supported the 1/6/21 insurrection,
leave now.

He's got a parachute, right?
Looking at the picture, I sure don’t see any way he’s got one.
Unless belly mounted none! or maybe part of the bird?
To me its pushing the point too far, impractical, insane.

Immediately recognized the design.
designer inspiration is taken from Nausicaa's flyer in the movie - Nausicaa Valley of the Wind. The original sf/fantasy design had no functional stabilizers.

Hayao Miyazaki (the director/artist) has a whole animated movie about the designer (and the design) of the Zero. He's sincerely into aviation.

That is DEFINITELY different... How safe? Ummm...no idea!
Probably way over to "unsafe"-- a motor glider with a L/D ratio of 10. That's better than the F-4, maybe. But not by much.
A quick google says you glide 6 nm with 5K feet altitude. T/W ratio .87:1.
Yuk! My 150 when clean was way better than that.
Safe? not likely to fall from the sky and it does glide...
How stable it is, say like what's a stall like?
