If he declares bankruptcy because of all his fines, how does that affect her prenup? I mean if he is broke, he doesn't have her millions.

While he might be able to discharge the judgments from civil cases, and possibly the prenup, any fines levied in his criminal case(s) are not dischargeable in bankruptcy.
