Poor Vlad, it's so difficult to find quality oligarchs, good substantial pliant tools who will do his will competently and stash his toys for him (he who dies with the most toys...). It's so hard being a psychopath, no one understands, no one does what you want them to. It's so simple really: he is the Tsar of All Russia, and the Dread of the World; if people (those ants crawling about) would just accept that and make burnt offerings of their first born, everything would be fine. I hear Satan has trouble getting good help too.
