A few thoughts:

Teuge is single runway, 8/26, and only 3,934ft., and on the run up, you can see there is a left crosswind component.

The B-25 has a free-castoring nose wheel, which may be why we see the herky-jerky taxi, as the brakes are touchy. Almost all the jerks seem to indicate trying to correct for a right crosswind.

There’s a pilots manual warning about steering correction at low speed on the takeoff run, avoid due to side loads on the nose gear.

Finally, the soft field takeoff procedure demands early rotation of the nose wheel due to side load issues, maybe practicing that?

Carrier takeoff may be correct. The video clip is dated April 18, 2015. That's the 73rd anniversary of The Doolittle Raid.
