Exactly the point...hypocrisy in Washington knows no parties, but the R's tossed the mud, and look who got splattered by it.
No dems were locked up, nor will these.
THey are legally allowed to, as long as **no classified material is transferred** **AND **a copy is also transmitted to their government account so it can be archived.
Hillary used her Private Server and failed on both counts.
But don't let facts matter here.
Yes, I still think it is wrong. One should do government business using government email. Anything else is foolish.
So when, exactly, is Hillary reporting to proson for her crimes?
I never saw the court case against her, unless you're talking about the court of public opinion. And I think no verdict is has been returned in that court, contrary to some people's statements.

We don't know whether classified material was transmitted, especially over the chat apps that delete the messages they got caught using.
