The Trump Administration is Evil. There is No Other Word for It.
You can tell the Trump administration that hundreds of thousands of people will die, that HIV will spread and possibly more resistant strains will arise and it will not matter one bit. They simply do not care about the human cost of their ideology.
Worse, to them, the idea that Black people will die in Africa is not a problem for them. They actually see it as a positive. It is a form of passive-aggressive mass-murder.
Am I wrong? Show me. Point to the prominent Republicans trying to revive PEPFAR. Indicate the active Republicans who care.
You can't. They don't exist. Trump and his goons are doing a celebratory dance on their graves.
Trump is evil. His people in the West Wing are evil. No other word fits.
And so is the GOP.

"They simply do not care about the human cost of their ideology."
That's familiar and often repeated by those if ill intent. One was
80 years ago, Kosovo, and others to recent. We see COFF and
the plan 2025 not naming people only that supporting the idea
of stopping support for those that would suffer most. As we
say, not a bug, a feature.
Its about power, money, can control. The pain and suffering
is the ends. There is a level of evil in them is proof it exists.
Eck!
When the use of power is untethered by value, the result can be chaos on a global scale.
PEPFAR was something W did. Remember when W was so bad that it was hard to imagine any president being worse? Now imagine the Republican president that will come to power after we have cleaned up the mess that Fergus will leave. The one consistent thing about Republicans is that they always somehow manage to come up with someone worse than the last guy.

Best summation of the chaos so far is Bogart's in African Queen: "Things are never so bad that they can't be made worse"
During the Iraq War, Iraqis had a saying: "Today is worse than yesterday and tomorrow will be worse than today."
That's where we are, now.
