I happen to have a Citibank credit card. I think. I say "I think" because I paid it off when they suddenly jacked my interest rate from 12% to 28% for no reason and haven't used it in a long time, and they tend to cancel credit cards if you do that. But between Citi and Bank of America, I think we have an axis of evil right here at home.

I have a Shitticard that I use for one purpose and always pay in full when I do use it. One time I missed a due date and they jacked my rate up. Didn't bother me because I made sure to PIF every month. After about 6 months my rate settled back to where it was.
