Seditionist News

An Alabama man affiliated with the far-right Oath Keepers militia group pleaded guilty Wednesday to seditious conspiracy for his actions leading up and through the Jan. 6 riot, marking the first person involved in the violent attack on the U.S. Capitol to be convicted of the rarely used charge.

The sentencing guideline range for Joshua A. James, who also pleaded guilty to a charge of obstruction of an official proceeding, was estimated to be 7¼ to nine years in prison.

The 34-year-old from Arab, Alabama, acknowledged getting into a physical altercation with a police officer while inside the Capitol and participating in a plan to use force to hinder or delay the transfer of presidential power. James also agreed to cooperate with authorities investigating the riot, including testifying before a grand jury.

That's one of the cardinal principles of busting a conspiracy: The first guy to flip gets the best deal.

Meanwhile, the January 6th Committee filed court papers saying that there is probable cause to conclude that the Führer of Mar-a-Lardo committed crimes. Which, of course, won't dent the armor of the Trumpanzees. It's really difficult to persuade people that they've bought into a cult of personality.

No, the fat old white con man from Queens, whose televised cabinet meeting was a Soviiet-grade ass-kissing.

Hhmmm ... clean, well-pressed, doesn't stink, v. stinks, looks like it eats at McDonald's and buys its clothes off the rack at Goodwill Industries. That is a tough one ...

This one had a huge arms cache stashed across the river out of DC. Can we conclude that strict DC gun laws worked? Because they are enforced as well. Unlike in WI and other locations, where fascist gunmen were tolerated or encouraged by local cops. See little killer Kyle Rittenhouse, murderous young Trumpite nazi. Who walks free, celebrated by death cult Republicans as a hero. These death cultists would have loved trump more, if that is even possible, if he actually had gunned down people in the street. It shows how 'strong' he is. Weak people love these 'strong' (murderous) types because of their constant fear. Be afraid, always be terrified, little Trumpites, the constant message of Fox Putinist propaganda. Shockingly effective on weak and silly minds.
