Joe Biden’s presidential campaign canceled a Friday event in Austin, Texas, after harassment from a pro-Trump contingent.
....
Historian Dr. Eric Cervini was driving to help with the Biden campaign stop when he filmed a line of pickup trucks along the highway, many of them flying Trump flags. The drivers were “waiting to ambush the Biden/Harris campaign bus as it traveled from San Antonio to Austin,” Cervini tweeted.
“These Trump supporters, many of whom were armed, surrounded the bus on the interstate and attempted to drive it off the road,” he alleged. “They outnumbered police 50-1, and they ended up hitting a staffer’s car.”
The Feebies are looking into it, as voter intimidation's a felony. So may be intentionally hitting another vehicle on the highway.
This sort of behavior is all too typical for Trumpanzees. They aren't all that different from the old night-riders.

One of those buses is forty foot long, weighs about 75,000 pounds. One of those pickups is fifteen at best eighteen foot long, weighs less than 10,000. If that bus swerved and smacked one of those pickups it would look just like slapping a hockey puck. Could smack two or three, look just like something out of a movie. Bus'd just roll on down the highway, few dents in it.
Where were the police?
Remember that old bumper-sticker - "Don't like cops, next you're in trouble call a Hippie"?
Probably safer.
Funny, all the video I saw showed the white SUV trying to push the pickup off the road.
I saw nothing about the bus being pushed off the road (not that a 5000 lb pickup can push a 25000 lb bus off the road, anyway)
Funny how intimidation works for you when it is your side doing it, but when peaceful intimidation happens to YOUR folks you cry like a little girl, innit?
But then again, "Protest is Patriotism" and all that.
"Where were the police?"
From what I read, a lot of them were in the Fergus caravan.

Anyone who believes that the Dixiecrats were liberals is ignorant of history, whether by omission of education, stupidity or willfully.
I don't believe that you're either stupid or uneducated. So I believe you're being deliberately obtuse for the purposes of shit-stirring. I'm calling this as a Rule 2.A violation.
Yellow card.
Funny how when leftist protesters block roads they're met with barricades and tear gas and mass arrests, but when right-wing protesters block roads the cops just roll along with them as if giving them an escort. It's almost as if cops are just fine with mob violence, as long as it's right-wing mob violence. It's almost as if cops are Nazis at heart.
Funny, that.
Or: Some of those who work forces/
Are the same who burn crosses.
As it has been, so it is.
That’s funny. The small white car was pushing the off road pickup off the road. Time to clean the glasses, B. I’ve seen four different videos on the incident on the news and YouTube. Two of them show the pickup drive on the right shoulder to force the white car toward the center lane. When the white car moved closer to the bus, the truck swerves to impact the car. After action pictures show the side of the car dented and marred by tire marks.
Playing games on a freeway where speeds can reach 70+ mph is not too smart. Granted these speeds were down around 35ish but injuries can still occur. But I guess it’s okay if them dang librels get banged up, right B? Your support of these idiots indicate what type of person you have become.

I thought the Secret Service is supposed to protect presidential candidates. Was Biden or Kamala Harris on the bus? If so. where the hell were the Secret Service?
Yours crankily,
The New York Crank
The Backfire Effect is real. Or were some videos missed?
The truck accelerated to get behind the bus and, inadvertently or not, prevented the white SUV from moving into that spot. The truck stayed in its lane. The white SUV moved over the dashed lane marker line, apparently to intimidate the truck to yield. The actual contact is not clearly visible in any video I have seen, but what is readily apparent from others is that the SUV was significantly over the line when contact was made.
The San Marcos police have stated that it appears the Cali driver was at fault, but the owner is not answering them and the victim (the driver of the black truck) has not complained to them.
Speaking as someone who logged a million miles behind the wheel of a 20' bobtail down every little road between Santa Rosa Sacramento and Santa Cruz, I can say that playing games on the freeway is almost always a very bad idea.
And with Bill Stepien running the campaign, you would think that they would at least frown upon obstructing traffic on bridges in New Jersey...

0_0. Really? You’re going to claim the Trump truck was the victim”? Even when it was part of a caravan to slow down the Biden bus? Your logic is flawed, even idiotic. It is equivalent to say that someone is a “victim” when they are a member of a gang that robs a bank and then gets shot by security forces. That’s just stupid.

Yes the Drumpf truck was quite the sane driver, not.
Passing on the breakdown lane, and tailgating the bus
at a bare minimum, When you cut in like that you risk
hitting another also trying to take the lane.
It would have been funny if the bus driver did a brake
test on the pickup, there was no space for reaction time.
that and I've seen jacked up 4x4s flip easily from abrupt
maneuvers, all self instigated.
for the drumpf flaggers anything that happened was on them
for being there and playing the game. Old game old rules,
play stupid games win stupid prizes.
Took finding many videos that were not edited the same
to put the story together, some were obviously from the
same stream based on angles and what was visible. That's
the beauty of many people and cell cameras they do not
all edit and splice the same points in or out so its
possible to get the real story as in the actual truth.
Eck!
Yes, playing games on the roads is generally a bad idea.
"Victim" was the word used by a PD spokesperson. But the complete video does support that usage. Your attempted parallel does not track the facts, as the only lawbreaking done by the truck driver was tailgating. He was completely in his lane for several seconds, and nothing can justify the SUV moving into the truck's lane.
And to those fantasizing about a bus running over or 'brake checking' another motorist- that's just sad.
Kinda sad you think intimidation and games on the road are just politics as usual
What is ‘sad’ is the state of mindset that would even come up with an idea such as: “Let’s get our friends together, get in our vehicles, go out on a highway, find our political opponent’s bus, surround it, and purposely slow down.” Yeah, there’s some major brain power going on there.
That, right there, is a perfect example of the kind of country Trumpism has instilled in the nation. The “Fuck you, I’ll do what I want.” attitude that has become more prevalent in an otherwise civil society. The left protesting, and not getting what they want, start burning and looting. The right, while professing law-and-order, storming a state capital toting rifles; creating a robocall system to frighten minorities away from voting; using intimidation as a weapon to progress their agenda.
Ever since that black guy snuck into your White House, the right has been simmering, waiting to correct the ‘damage’ he did. And once Trump was elected those elements have emerged and become emboldened to take action, any kind that would disrupt the opposition. We’ve fallen that far in just 4 short years. Another four years and the country will be unrecognizable unless people collectively say enough. But I’m not holding my breath. The “I got mine, the hell with you” crowd is growing every day.

Thanks for visiting my blog, zero, yes, I'm willin', I'll drive that bus.
Called punching back, something I've been advocating for a long time and the dems, the libs, are just starting to learn: the best way to deal with a bully is punch him in the face. That the candyass crybaby will run crying to cops is moot in the generally vernacular, is beside the point. Crawl up out of the basement "mommy mommy mommy, the mean libs said something mean." Turning the other cheek is bullshit, and exactly what they want.
Bust a few heads and this petulant, snot-nosed bullshit will stop.
And do not confuse me with a "liberal".
