House Speaker Mike Johnson is rebuffing pressure to act on the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, instead sending members home early for a month-long break from Washington after the week’s legislative agenda was upended by Republican members who are clamoring for a vote.
Johnson, a Republican from Louisiana, said Tuesday morning that he wants to give the White House “space” to release the Epstein information on its own, despite the bipartisan push for legislation that aims to force the release of more documents.
MAGA and QAnon created this monster, which threatens to devour their Orange Godling. So Bible Mike, the World's Most Hypocritical Christian, is trying to give the Lead Clown of Mar-a-Lago time to come up with other distractions.
Meanwhile, they're trying to fix it so Ghislane Maxell both keeps her yap shut about Trump and smears dirt against anyone Trump doesn't like. My guess is that her payoff will be a full pardon no later than the third Tuesday of November in 2026.

So, JACO Maga Mike does the equivalent of a congressional head fake; fooling no one. Duck and cover is the MAGA way - nothing to see here - move along. Just like there is no CBS without the BS they're all full of.
It is important to remember that the Biden administration was in possession of these same files for 4 years. If there was dirt on any Republicans or Trump himself, they would have been released.
I am not willing to swear to it, but I have read in a few places that the court sealed the file, so it would be up to the court to release their hold on them.
One does have to wonder just where Epstein made all of his money.
"Biden had the files for years. So, why didn't he release them?"
That mantra has been repeated by MAGAs so many times if it was an actual rubber stamp it would now be just printing out a solid ink filled rectangle.
Maybe it's because he is not The Lord of Vengeance and Dirty Tricks and doesn't sink to Trump's level.
