Text messages that helped lead Fox News to part ways with star host Tucker Carlson included one in which he declared that Trump supporters beating a protester was “not how white men fight,” according to The New York Times.
The text was one of a trove of messages from Carlson and other Fox News hosts uncovered in a defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems against the network for airing false allegations that the company’s machines were used to steal the 2020 election from former President Donald Trump.
it took until that email came out that it dawned in the consciousness of those idiots that their star loudmouth was a misogynistic and racist troll who dabbled in conspiracy theories and that maybe, just maybe, he did believe some of the shit he spewed five nights a week? What the fuck, they never watched his show? they never saw the work of any of the comedians who mocked him? Instead of watching what aired on their cable channel, were they spending their nights doing cocaine with Spawn of DJT?
As for the rest of us: After the stuff that has come out as a result of DVS's lawsuit, anyone who doesn't realize that Fox is not a news channel, that all it does is feed propaganda and pablum to its core vewers, who are too addled/programmed to handle the truth, is either willfully blind or has had several lobotomies with both electrodes and ice-picks.

Speaking as an older white man, I can assure you there were a number of times that as a young guy. I engaged in fisticuffs It didn't make me proud or anything it just seemed necessary. All that aside, I'm always amazed when stupidity passes as a skill...
Nice way of putting it Jimmy ... I won't blow sunshine up anyone's tailpipe: I have hurt people. Not proud of it nor necessarily even pleased, as you say it seemed necessary ~ and at one point in time it took half a year-long time-out to sort out the disagreement over that.
Tuck doesn't know what he's talking about, he's just repeated Noble Savage snipes he heard as a child ... the white-dogs have always run in packs. From the Occupation down through the Klan to today's Reich-wing. Lone wolves, like cowboys, are a myth.
Though that's not actually fair, is as 'Noble Savage' as Tuck: anthropologically it can be argued it's a survival skill dating a couple million years. The lack of pigmentation is not.

Fox...paraphrasing Tom Lehrer, Fox is the old bigotry peddler selling streamed fear and hate. It sells, that's it. They have the morals of lamprey.
I always enjoy a comeuppance for people like Tucker. I doubt this hurt him but any putdown counts. He had been huffing his own farts for so long that he would offer whiffs to others like an exotic perfume. What a maroon. Most people try to keep their ugly thoughts at home, but old Tucker would text and even broadcast his. Well, I guess the ugliness finally caught up with him, and no one likes his odors anymore.
I wonder what he will do now? I am sure there is some wingnut welfare job just around the corner.

He did get a job offer from Russia Today.
None of the Big Media, none of them, Tv, newspaper, etc are "News" anymore.
All are propaganda machines, just for one side or the other.
If you don't realize that, then you are not as smart as you appear to think you are.
It is interesting how comments such as that from the Right only seem to be made when it is Fox News that has its balls in a vice.
