US forces have seized an oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela, in a major escalation of Donald Trump’s four-month pressure campaign against the South American country’s dictator, Nicolás Maduro.
It'll be interesting to see how this plays out, but I'm not about to give The Orange Sundowner the benefit of the doubt.
ETA: MAybe someone will explain what seizing tankers has to do with fighting the export of drugs to Europe.

Who gets to decant the oil and dispose of the ship. Or will it be goes

He promised no nation building and interference. He must have not included the whole Western Hemisphere in his lie.
Just like Tojo and the Japanese Empire and Hitler and the Third Reich only wanted all of eastern Asia and just all of Europe and the Top of Africa respectively.
Maduro said Trump wanted Venezuelan oil and he now has his first drink.
Let's hope he chokes on it. But Putin said Trump doesn't choke on it or even gag a bit.
