He ordered billions of gallons released from a reservoir to feed water to Southern California for fighting wildfires. Except that the water was in that reservoir for agrucultural use, it went into a dry lakebed that doesn't feed to SoCal.
Billions of gallons of water went to waste because the Moronic Felon wanted to turn on a nonexistent faucet.

What worse is what he ordered, full channel flow, last time that was done the resultant flooding and property damage was notable.
Failure by you own hand is the ultimate humiation, assuming he can be humiliated. But it will be blow back on the party that counts more.

The local water managers convinced the Army Corps of Engineers that fully opening the dams would cause flooding, so they only opened them far enough to waste all of that water... The atmospheric river hits tomorrow, so the flooding would have been spectacular.
