I am old enough to remember when people like John Solomon and Judith Miller and Ari Fleischer were telling me that clearly I hate my country and the troops because I was not in favor of Shrub’s desert adventure. Yeah, I remember that.

If I recall correctly, Iran has already declared that they are also at war with the U.S. and not just Israel. So perhaps while Trump's words were stupid, that doesn't mean that they were not correct.
The difference between Trump and Bush is that Bush cooked the intel to justify his war while Trump isn't even bothering to do that. According to Bibi, Iran has been two weeks away from having a nuke for the last twenty years.
And what's the endgame? Are we going to occupy a country of 92 million people? We'd have to send the entire goddamn army to do the occupation, because nobody's going to help us this time around.
