The Supreme Court issued a decision on Monday that gives Donald Trump the ability to proceed with his plans for construction of a new White House ballroom.
Trump’s plans for a White House ballroom have been an ongoing point of contention and legal action, with opponents arguing that Trump has no legal authority to pursue the project without congressional approval. In a 5-4 decision, the court granted the Trump administration’s request to block a lower court ruling that would have prevented work from being done on the ballroom.
They all knew that he didn't have congressional authority, but they relied on a technicality to let him go ahead.
The bottom line is that the Spremes hauled out their rubber stamp and let Trump do what he wants to do. They like to say that no man is above the law, but it's clear as glass that one man is.

Please note that the CJ Roberts did not sign on to this POS 'ruling', probably because it doesn't advance his Prime Directive of denying voting rights to anyone who doesn't pass the paper bag test AND gives ammo to the liberals arguing for court expansion (which is perfectly constitutional.) So sad, because he glued the neck-bolts onto this monster.
