He even made some of the counted increased deaths happen in 2010....since he became president in 2016.
Horrible of him.
Plus, this "death rate increase" is "The 33,000 excess deaths are an estimate based on the number of all-cause midlife deaths from 2010 to 2017 " at best an estimate.

More likely caused by policies of the previous administration, but even that connection is tenuous.
