Yeah once it gets to -20F it doesn't really matter. Unless you're trying to start an engine. When it's about -39 it doesn't even matter whether you prefer F or C.
It was 75F here in Santa Clara (CA) yesterday.
I have no idea why people live in Minneosota, the weather there isn't fit for penguins :).
