Ousted Syrian leader Bashar Assad fled to Moscow and received asylum from his longtime ally, Russian media said Sunday, hours after a stunning rebel advance seized control of Damascus and ended his family’s 50 years of iron rule.
They're also pulling down his statues, with no Baathists protesting "yer destroying our history" to be seen.
The big losers in this, besides Assad and his cronies, are Iran, Russia and Hezbollah.
Do you suppose that Russia being preoccupied with getting their asses kicked in Ukraine kept them from fighting the Syrian rebels like they had before?

DeleteTrump will fix it. He is already working on a cease fire between Ukraine and Russia. He has stated the way to peace is for Ukraine to make a deal and give Putin what he wants. He now says he knows Putin very well and he is open to it. Then Putin can get back to the business of interfering in other countries for his own benefit.
