Advice for Today
Then: Unplug from the news. If you're not at work, go for a walk if the weather's nice. Binge-watch something. Clean your house. Go watch a movie. Read a book. Wax your car.
Anything but watching or reading the news.

I wish nothing but good things on you, Comrade, and everyone else who might read this. May we all be reminded of what really matters, even during a turbulent time in our history.
No matter what the results are today, let me make one thing clear....we do not need a civil war that would end up stopping the NFL season the one year the Detroit Lions actually might go all the way and win a Super Bowl.
