The Supreme Court, in its Majestic Equality, Holds That the Law Can Forbid Both Rich and Poor From Sleeping in Public Parks

Yet another ideological opinion from the worst court since the Lochner Era.

And like then, the Court isn't interpreting the law. They're making law.

But Steve Bannon gets frog-marched into prison next Monday, so it's not all bad.
