One More Thought About the FOFF's Conviction Today

With him continually running his mouth about how unfair the judge is, how mean the jury was to him, how rigged the trial is, he may be be talking himself into a prison sentence. Judges generally like to see convicted defendants take some responsibility for their crimes and there is no way on G-d's Blue Marble that Trump will ever do that.

So I suspect that Donnie Boy is going to prison.

  2. I don’t know how the legal system works, but will he stay out of the greybar hotel until all his appeals are exhausted? Or does he get locked up while the appeals are ongoing?

  4. I'll bet home confinement/probation.First,this allows him to continue campaigning if proper permission is obtained, upholding his first amendment rights.Second, it sidesteps problematic constitutional Secret Service requirements if he is incarcerated.Third, it satisfies our desire to see justice done,as he has to ask an official for permission to do literally anything in public. If you want to know how the oyster feels when the lemon juice is applied, this is it right here.

  5. He plays a stupid legal strategy that looks good on Fox News but sucks in a courtroom.

Trump got himself convicted. He’ll get himself sent to prison.

You want to make a wager on that? Prison food dances through my head.

  8. If FOFF was sent to prison and I was in charge of feeding him, I'd feed him steak every day. Rare with no ketchup.

  9. Easy to make Secret service happy ADSEG, one guy outside the cell
rotated out every 6 hours. FOFF in then remined for his stay he
    can't leave.

    Then years of probation.

  15. Conviction Day works. May there be three more.

The documents case would be a relative slam-dunk if there wasn't a crypto-Trump employee serving as judge.
