A big Russian amphibious ship, the Caesar Kunikov, has sunk off the coast of Russian-occupied Crimea, according to Ukraine's armed forces.
Powerful explosions were heard early on Wednesday, according to local social media, which suggested the landing ship was hit south of the town of Yalta.
It eas the third ship of the Ropucha class LSTs to be destroyed by the Ukranians. The video in the news report doesn't seem to show any defensive fire from the ship.
It will be a sad day in the offices of the Putinite Caucus in Congress.
Nah I wouldn't worry too much. My very own congressman Ronanon Johnson recently said something to the effect that his money is on Putin. "He won't lose. He never loses" Maybe we can divert that corrupt yewkrayne money to Russia.
ReplyDeleteNot bad at all for a country with no navy. How many ships have they sunk now? Quite a few, the last time I looked. I love Ukraine. They are innovative about fighting a war and seem to have a knack for it. Wish the US would get on the ball, we could win that with them and some good old American production.
