  2. I understand some pleasure boaters, including one with a tRump flag, cut off the rescue crew going to the capsule. Time for the Navy or Coasties to sink a few privateers.

  3. Seems like the rubber-necker/paparazzi/liberty small boat exclusion zone is the only flawed procedure. I was nervous before the mains opened and the whole time they were floating on that millpond (Gus Grissom). Yes, I'm old. Perfect landing.
