The Trump administration will no longer issue family visas to same-sex domestic partners of foreign diplomats or employees of international organizations who work in the United States, State Department officials said on Tuesday.It's a move that panders to the gay-hating Christian Taliban in Trump's ever-shrinking base.

COMMENT MODERATION IS IN EFFECT UFN. This means that if you are an insulting dick, nobody will ever see it.
It’s a pretty sophisticated little scheme. They can claim they are simply rationalizing the privileges to match that of U.S. diplomats and officials with overseas duties and postings. The sting is that about 10% of countries currently recognize same-sex marriage in some manner. A portion of the rest will recognize domestic partners, but this move excludes those partners. They can trumpet “family values” to their base by recognizing marriages, and knife the libs by screwing the domestic partners. This seems way over Donnie’s depth, a lot more likely credit goes to Pence and crew.
