Y'know, if you look at Kavanaugh's record, I think that last sentence is doing him a disservice. And you are better than those words make you appear.

DeleteI hope not. Justice Scalia was my least favorite Justice of all time, but often a strong advocate for free speech. Hell, he even went with the majority in the flag burning cases.
