Did Flynn Lie to the FBI?

If you or I lied to the Feebies, we'd be up for a year in the Graybar Hotel.[1],[2] But with Flynn, apparently, not so much.
Politico noted that the final decision on criminal charges lies with the Justice Department. Democrats are pressuring new attorney general Jeff Sessions to recuse himself from investigations into the Trump team’s relationship with Russia owing to his role as a Trump surrogate on the campaign trail. However, advisers to Sessions told the Times they see no reason for him to remove himself from the case.
Yep, the fix is in.

(Cue the "but, but, Barry..." chorus)

UPDATE: Yep. He lied to the FBI.

    'Tisn't just Trumps folks (Nor Barry's, nor Bushs, nor.....(insert politician here))

    It seems that all folks connected to powerful politicians get a way with shit that would get you, or me, or any "average Joe/Jane" tossed in the clink.

    Hey, Hillary lied, and she got away with it. So did many Bush appointees.

    Hillary was so correct when she called them a "Basket of Deplorables". No wonder they made such a fuss at being called on their ways. She was so right.
    So now our 'resident' thinks he is above the law and even the head of Justice agrees with him.
    This is not going to end well.

    No, she called folks that wouldn't have voted for HER a "Basket of Deplorables".

    Folks like me....you know, honest, law abiding, open minded, charitable folks......

    Nowhere in that quote from Ms Clinton's speech did she call those 'who wouldn't vote for HER' a Basket of Deplorables. Merely by definition, Trump supporters wouldn't have voted for her.

    But she did lump HALF of the Trump supporters that. The other half I would assume ARE honest, law-abiding, open-minded, charitable folks. Those are the people I enjoy discussing politics with. Those are the types of people I enjoy being with.
