    ISP is 6 minutes from me. Inconvenient because there's only one airline flying out of there the Mrs. can use for business but she has to take a million connections. 40 miles to JFK, less to LGA but it's LGA and nobody in their right mind goes out of there.

    So TRUE! I recently booked a cheap flight from Dortmund (get in line at 4 am) to Luton (because the airport at Oxford,UK, isn't served?) and ALL of the charge-items mentioned cropped up on the booking website ;-)
